Note: The level of certification is determined by the instructor’s duck diving ability, ie Level I – at least 6 m (20ft), Level II – at least 9 m (30ft) and level III – 12m (40 ft).

The following is a typical five-day course timetable, the course can also be conducted as a part time or double week end course:

NOTE: Life Support Techniques, Basic Seamanship and Basic Navigation are to be completed by home study in the evening and the AUSI Snorkel Diver Instructor Trainer should conduct a brief review to clarify any questions.
