AUSI International “Certifying” Instructor Upgrade

To update to an AUSI International “Certifying” Instructor you will need to purchase the relevant AUSI International Professional Package and complete the relevant AUSI.

Upon completion of your AUSI International “Certifying” Instructor Upgrade will become a registered AUSI “Certifying”’ Instructor and receive the relevant AUSI International Professional Pack:

1. The Scuba Professional Pack includes:
1. Certification card and wall certificate,
2. The following AUSI International hard copy publications:
1. International Snorkel Diving
2. International Open Water Scuba Diving
3. International Advanced Scuba Diving
4. International Rescue Diver
5. International Dive Master
6. Recreational Scuba Diving, and
7. QED Dive Table
2. The Snorkel Professional Pack includes:
1. Certification card and wall certificate,
2. The following AUSI International hard copy publications:
1. International Snorkel Diving, and
2. Recreational Scuba Diving.

Your initial AUSI International instructor level will be determined by your previous experience.

To complete your AUSI International Cross-Over please:

1. Go to the AUSI On-line Shop and purchase the relevant AUSI International Professional Pack,
2. Submit the following to :
   1. passport style photograph (jpg or mobile phone), and
   2. scans of the following:
      1. current diving medical
      2. current first aid
      3. current CPR
      4. current oxygen provider.

When the above has been FULLY actioned you will receive the relevant documentation required to complete your AUSI International “Certifying” Professional Upgrade by return e-mail.

NOTE:

1. In reference to diving medical, workplace first aid, CPR and oxygen provider certificates, the term current means valid for five years unless local authorities require less,
   • In Australia, scuba professionals require a diving medical as defined in AS/NZ 2299.1.
2. You will have three months to complete your AUSI International “Certifying” Professional Upgrade from the date of your AUSI International Professional Pack purchase.
3. Any fees paid are not refundable.
